Month 3

i can honestly say that i've been pushing it to the limit in the gym for the past 8 weeks, breaking through physically and mentally.

June was when it all started, kicking off the rust, getting back the groove.
July was the barn-burner, breaking through and getting the strength up, breaking through numerous limitations.
August, will be a mass building month. Same workout intensity, but in a totally different manner. No longer cranking up whatever max numbers and doing things explosively.. this month focuses on a slightly lesser weight, on a slower pace of a workout.
