introduction

i dont know if anyone would ever read this blog, so i'm just putting it up for fun. It also would serve myself as a reminder of where i've been, and the progresses (or regression) that i'm facing in the gym. but the main thing is, its just for fun.

hope this blog would be a good read for anyone interested... then again, i dont know if anyone would stumble upon it anyway.
