back to business for 2 weeks now, working out alone in a pretty big, yet empty gym.
on a good day there are few of the ol'skool fellas would work themselves out like nobody's business. it never fail to amaze me that some of the guys are really pulling heavy sets with precision and strict form. No jerking no twitching whatsoever, all the sets.. all the reps are clean. frigging awesome sight to behold. gives me the extra motivation to work that much harder.
well, tomorrow starts another week. and i finally got my XPlode + CellMass combo in my hands (for real cheap too, thanks DM!). so tomorrow, 20th August 2007 i would start using the stak, and hopefully to finish em before fasting month.

Month 3
i can honestly say that i've been pushing it to the limit in the gym for the past 8 weeks, breaking through physically and mentally.
June was when it all started, kicking off the rust, getting back the groove.
July was the barn-burner, breaking through and getting the strength up, breaking through numerous limitations.
August, will be a mass building month. Same workout intensity, but in a totally different manner. No longer cranking up whatever max numbers and doing things explosively.. this month focuses on a slightly lesser weight, on a slower pace of a workout.
